James Higgins Jr

A memorial service for James Coleman Higgins Jr. will be held Thursday, October 3, 2019 at the Water Street Church of Christ in Charlotte, TN. Visitation with the family will be from 4-6pm with a short service at 6:00. Friends and family members are invited to attend and share stories about his life.
Jimmy passed from this life on Friday, September 27th, 2019 at the age of 40. He was born to Jim and Vicki Higgins on February 12, 1979. He and his wife Tia were residents of Charlotte, TN. Jimmy had many interests including golf, fishing, and baseball where he was a renowned "homerun hitter".
He is preceded in death by his brother, David Higgins.
Survivors include his wife Tia, and their three sons Devon, J.J., and Aaron; father, Jim Higgins; mother, Vicki Higgins; brother, Shane Higgins (Challis); sister, Ashli Foster (Tony); sister Yolanda Nisbett; sister-in-law Tracy Higgins; and many special aunts, uncles, and cousins. Jimmy had a way of making everyone around him feel special and he will be greatly missed.
